This site provides information about Orpyca, a free software records management system developed by EX-CRIBE SAS, and about the related professional services. Its content is informative in nature.
About the published figures
The figures shown in the services section are 2026 reference values, expressed in Colombian pesos and excluding VAT. They indicate the order of magnitude of the service, not a binding commercial offer: the final figure depends on the size of the institution, the documentary volume and the agreed scope, and is formalised in a written proposal.
About the software
Orpyca is distributed under the AGPL-3.0 licence. The software is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, on the terms set out in that licence. Downloading and using the software does not by itself create a contractual relationship with EX-CRIBE SAS.
About regulatory statements
Orpyca implements technical requirements derived from Colombian archival regulation. This does not amount to a certification and does not guarantee an institution’s legal conformity, which also depends on its archival instruments, its procedures and its administrative acts. We recommend obtaining your own legal opinion before going into production.
Intellectual property
The Orpyca source code is subject to the AGPL-3.0 licence. The texts and images on this site are the property of EX-CRIBE SAS, except for any third-party marks and logos mentioned, which belong to their respective owners.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Colombian law.
