To answer your enquiry, prepare the proposal you asked for and keep the thread of the commercial conversation. We use it for nothing else and we neither transfer nor sell it to third parties.
How long we keep it
For the duration of the commercial relationship and for the statutory term applicable to accounting and contractual obligations. Once that term has elapsed, it is deleted.
Your rights
You may access, update and rectify your data, request proof of authorisation, be informed about its use, lodge complaints with the Superintendency of Industry and Commerce, and revoke authorisation or request deletion where no legal duty to retain it exists.

This policy covers this website. Personal data processed by an institution within its own Orpyca installation is that institution’s responsibility, acting as controller of its own information.
